The TCG Vault currently ships within Australia only.

Processing Times

Orders are usually packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

During busy periods, product drops, public holidays, or unexpected delays, dispatch may take slightly longer. If there is a major delay with your order, we will contact you.

Shipping Methods

We currently offer:

Standard shipping: 3–5 business days after dispatch
Express shipping: 1–2 business days after dispatch

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on Australia Post or courier delays.

Order Tracking

If your order includes tracking, tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Orders

Please contact us if your order has not arrived within a reasonable time.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the packaging and damaged item.

We will review the issue and work with you to provide a suitable solution in line with Australian Consumer Law.

Card Packaging

Trading cards are packed carefully to help protect them during transit. Depending on the order value and card type, cards may be packed using sleeves, top loaders, semi-rigid holders, team bags, rigid mailers, bubble mailers, or other protective packaging.

Incorrect Shipping Details

Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping details at checkout.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee changes can be made after an order has been packed or dispatched.
