Return and Refund Policy
The TCG Vault follows Australian Consumer Law.
If an item is faulty, damaged, not as described, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue and provide a suitable solution.
Change of Mind Returns
We accept change of mind return requests within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a change of mind return, the item must be in the same condition it was received, unused, unopened where applicable, and in its original packaging.
Trading cards must be returned in the same condition as supplied. Cards removed from protective packaging, damaged after delivery, altered, swapped, or handled in a way that changes their condition may not be eligible for a change of mind return.
Return shipping for change of mind returns is the customer’s responsibility unless we agree otherwise.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Misdescribed Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives.
If your item is damaged, incorrect, or not as described, contact us at The-TCG-Vault@outlook.com with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
We will assess the issue and provide a suitable remedy in line with Australian Consumer Law.
Sealed Products
Sealed products, including booster boxes, booster packs, elite trainer boxes, tins, collection boxes, and other factory-sealed products, must be returned unopened and in the same condition they were received for change of mind returns.
Opened sealed products cannot be returned for change of mind.
This does not limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law if the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described.
Single Cards
Single trading cards are condition-sensitive items.
We take care to list cards accurately, including relevant condition details where available.
If you believe a card has been misdescribed, damaged in transit, or supplied incorrectly, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos.
Cards returned for change of mind must be returned in the same condition they were supplied.
Non-Returnable Items
We generally do not accept returns for:
- Gift cards
- Opened sealed products, unless faulty or not as described
- Items damaged after delivery
- Cards returned in a different condition to how they were supplied
- Items clearly listed and sold as damaged, played, or discounted due to condition, unless the item was misdescribed
- Sale or clearance items for change of mind, unless otherwise agreed
Refunds
If your return is approved, we will notify you and process the refund to your original payment method.
Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping costs may not be refunded for change of mind returns unless we agree otherwise.
Items Returned Without Approval
Please contact us before sending any item back.
Items returned without first contacting us may not be accepted or may experience processing delays.
